Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Rilld, a website analytics service that helps site owners understand page views, visitor journeys, clicks, and scroll activity. By creating an account or using Rilld, you agree to these Terms. If you use Rilld for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that people you authorize use Rilld in accordance with these Terms. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Rilld service and tracking

Rilld provides an analytics dashboard and a tracking script that you may install on websites you control. The script records page views, clicked controls, scroll milestones, and related technical and traffic context as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics availability and functionality may change as we maintain and improve the service.

You may install the script only on sites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the site, its content, and your use of the analytics data. You must provide visitors with required privacy notices and choices, obtain any consent required by law, and avoid sending sensitive information or data you are not authorized to collect.

Plans, page-view allowances, and billing

Rilld offers free and paid plans with different site and monthly page-view allowances. The current plan, allowance, and price are shown on the pricing page and during checkout. Paid subscriptions are billed on the schedule shown by Stripe at checkout and renew unless canceled. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

When an account reaches its monthly page-view allowance, Rilld pauses collection of additional analytics events until the allowance renews or the account’s allowance is increased. Page views already accepted during that billing month remain counted. A plan or allowance change may create an immediate or prorated charge, which Stripe displays for review before you confirm the change.

You can manage eligible subscription changes and cancellation through the billing controls in your account. Cancellation takes effect as shown in the billing flow; access to paid features may continue through the period already paid for. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is also subject to Stripe’s applicable terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Rilld, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access another account or site without authorization, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, or use Rilld in violation of law or another person’s rights. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Rilld, its users, or the public, or to address a violation of these Terms.

Your information and feedback

You retain rights to information and materials you submit to Rilld. You authorize us to process them as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through feedback or support forms unless we have specifically asked for it.

Third-party services

Rilld may rely on third-party services for sign-in, payments, hosting, and other functions. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Rilld is not responsible for services that it does not operate.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep Rilld available and accurate, but the service may be unavailable or contain errors, and analytics may be affected by browser settings, network conditions, site configuration, or other factors. To the extent permitted by law, Rilld is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to Rilld or these Terms

We may change or discontinue parts of Rilld. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here and changing the date above. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the laws of the United States applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
